Judicial, Legal And Prosecutorial Misconduct And Ethics And Civil Rights Violations Experienced By Rhode Island Citizens In Rhode Island Courts

Complaint One.  This is an anonymous complaint of judicial misconduct.  [see Caught.net's Purpose regarding Anonymous complaints.]  The person submitting this complaint wants to remain anonymous because the allegations are of a sexual nature. 

A Rhode Island Citizen came before Judge Michael Higgins accused of sexual crimes.  The accused adamantly denies the allegations and pleaded innocent.  During proceedings, Judge Michael Higgins proceeded to go on a verbal tirade expressing his outrage and opinions at the allegations and anyone committing such allegations.  Judge Michael Higgins treated the accused pleading innocent scornfully and with an attitude clearly showing Judge Michael Higgins believed the accused committed the crimes. Clearly, Judge Michael Higgins was out of line.
