A list of civil rights and ethics violations and judicial and prosecutorial misconduct experienced by Donald Keets in Rhode Island courts.

  Caught received the following sworn, notarized affidavit from Citizen Donald Keets dated 2-8-2000:

I am contacting you in reference to the Rolando Goris complaint and Atty. Robert Dipippo.  Well, I found out Rolando Goris had gotten recharged by the state and couldn't hire an attorney so I contacted Robert Dipippo who was a client of mine for crack.  I met Dipippo from crack heads who brought him to me in the summer of 1993.  Dipippo told me he wanted to deal with only me because he was getting robbed of his crack money and so we had  a business relationship in which I delivered crack to his office on Broadway.  Dipippo also hired prostitutes from my side of town and he bought crack off me for three years until Rolando contacted me from prison and told me that Dipippo was working with the police.  I admitted to Goris that I had retained Dipippo with crack to defend Goris and Goris became angry and never contacted me again.   Now, I want to show him [Goris] that I am truly sorry and in proving myself I will help him out so that you [Caught] can complete his case on the Caught website.

Caught note:  Atty. DiPippo has been disciplined by the RI Supreme Court Disciplinary Council but Caught does not know if it is related to this complaint.
