Harold Daniel Schultz Is Denied Constitutional Rights

Mr. Schultz writes, "The following court case transcripts are of a case involving a California General Contractor charged with "Grand Theft" 484(b) and "Receiving Excessive Funds" 7159.5(a)(3)B&P. What you are about to read is an insult and embarrassment to the California Judicial System. This is not a case of there being a few points of conflicting, dishonest testimony or lies under oath. This is page after page of lies and conflicting testimony. The trial court judge in this case is a Superior Court Judge, and after you read this case you will question his competence. The judge showed total disregard for one's rights, truth and justice. Also, the judge ignored facts allowing the DDA to manipulate the case to fit a preordained agenda. The judge in this case, as with the DDA, should be removed from position and never allowed to work within the judicial system again.
This case is also an embarrassment to the California Attorney General who, after review of the appeal cited "lack of merit" to deny the appeal. The California Attorney General Brown showed a total disregard for Mr. Schultz's rights and should be held responsible."
