Complaint One Opposing lawyers are supposed to "vigorously defend their clients." In today's courts this has come to mean lie, cheat, break the rules, steal and/or do whatever it takes to win. While this is happening, the courts and disciplinary agencies give nods of approval through inaction and refusing to properly address issues of misconduct. Read Mark Conboy's complaint because he asserts this is exactly what happened when Attorney James P. Howe was opposing council in a divorce matter.
