Legal Misconduct And Ethics And Civil Rights Violations Committed By Attorney Gilbert Walker In Rhode Island Courts
#2980
Complaint One
Withholding evidence, perjury, suborning perjury, false court documents etc. Sound like what criminals do? Unfortunately this kind of conduct is common amongst Prosecutors when they want to win a case against you. What about deals made between the state and witnesses? Shouldn't all the above be properly dealt with by your attorney? Well, it usually isn't. Did Atty. Walker do his job in the case against Michael Mendoza?
Complaint Two
Fred DeWitt asserts Atty. Walker was so affected by false media reports and the pressures of a criminal case that he was unable to adequately represent Mr. DeWitt. Mr. DeWitt also asserts Atty. Walker assassinated his character in a response to Mr. DeWitts complaint to the RISC Disciplinary Board instead of dealing the the assertions of misconduct in Mr. DeWitts complaint.
Caught.net note: It is very common for lawyers to "notify" the judge when a litigant files an ethics complaint against them. They want the court to know you are a "problem" litigant.
