"Unverified" in a listing can mean Caught!:

A.  hasn't received personal acknowledgment verifying the sender and/or

B.  hasn't personally viewed documents or doesn't have personal first hand knowledge of the details of the complaints and/or

C.  hasn't yet notified the party complained about.
